Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and KPIs with the Communications Manager.
• Implement and optimize marketing technology (CRM, automation, analytics).
• Oversee brand governance and ensure cultural sensitivity in all communications.
• Provide editorial oversight and manage high-level content approvals.
• Analyze campaign performance and drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, donors, and media partners to deliver impactful campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics systems.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Cultural competence and respect for Indigenous communities.

• Diploma or degree in communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in a mid- to senior-level marketing role with a focus on digital systems.
• Experience managing brand compliance and marketing infrastructure.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (oversight-level).
• Nonprofit or Indigenous organization experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
